Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee acceptance into our network or any work assignments. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approved vendors operate as independent contractors, not as employees, partners, or agents of Rebeka's Elite Preservation LLC, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Vendors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licenses, tools, and compliance with all applicable laws.
Vendors must maintain required insurance (including general liability and other coverages as specified), applicable licenses, and any other documentation we request. Failure to maintain these requirements may result in suspension or removal from our network.
